HELLO, My name is Jeremy Smith. I’m the owner/operator of square 1 home inspections, llc.
I started my career as a plumber and worked new construction and remodel for most of my life. After working as a handyman for several years, I decided to put my knowledge and skills to work as an inspector. Now I get to share my experience and business with my family.

Congratulations to our new state licensed home inspector, Dustin Smith! Dustin has completed all the necessary classes and field work along with passing the state exam. He is Licensed by the State of Florida, a member of InterNACHI, and certified for both Wind Mitigations and 4 Point Inspections. Dustin in only 21 years old and has been studying and training for the last year under Square 1 Home Inspections, LLC (and his dad).
