HELLO, My name is Jeremy Smith. I’m the owner of square 1 HOME inspections, LLC

I started my career as a plumber, dedicating years to new construction and remodeling. My hands-on experience allowed me to learn and understand the inner workings of homes from the ground up. Later, I transitioned into the role of a handyman, honing my skills in various trades.

But it was my passion for precision and attention to detail that led me to become a home inspector. In 2019, my wife and I started Square 1 Home Inspections, LLC, dba Square 1 Property Inspections. Together, we bring a family-oriented approach to our work, ensuring that every inspection is thorough and insightful. Our two sons have also joined us in the journey, learning the ropes and sharing our commitment to providing homeowners with knowledge and peace of mind.
